■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-making processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before undergoing high-quality plating, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique, exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance by incorporating a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of 5 parts in total: "4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "1 tailpipe assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product is used.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
