■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from painstaking handcrafting over approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergy effect than the 4in1 manifold system in 4-cylinder engines, and greatly contributes to generating a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). Each component is carefully polished by craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality chrome plating to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The stylish φ67×300 silencer achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, this lightweight and compact muffler possesses high rigidity, offering excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. It also enhances the overall silhouette of the vehicle when installed.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of 5 parts in total: "4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "1 tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder).
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
