■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand released in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, maintaining the external appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no major changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergy than the 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and contributes significantly to the production of high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen and then subjected to high-quality plating, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The stylish φ67×300 sized silencer has a complete double-layer internal structure, achieving maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, this lightweight and compact silencer possesses high rigidity, offering excellent resistance to vibrations under severe operating conditions. Another feature is that it beautifies the overall silhouette when installed on the vehicle.
Inheriting the internal structure of the silencer mounted on the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material comes in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
