■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from painstaking hand-craftsmanship through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no major changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergy than the 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and greatly contributes to the generation of high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes). After each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, a high-quality plating treatment is applied to provide high aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The stylish φ67×300 silencer achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact muffler has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. It also has the characteristic of enhancing the overall silhouette when mounted on the vehicle.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold section including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to purchase them separately.
