■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand that has been loved by many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
A large diameter φ38mm pipe is used to maximize the potential of large displacement engines.
The "4-2-2-1 manifold method" enables precise fluid control, significantly improving rich torque characteristics in the mid-to-low rpm range and achieving excellent drivability.
The material selected is carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes (STKM11A), which offer high strength and reliability.
Each component, having undergone a meticulous polishing process by skilled craftsmen, is then subjected to high-quality plating using advanced surface treatment technology, providing not only a beautiful appearance but also high weather resistance to maintain its beauty even in harsh environments.
●Silencer
The φ77×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Notably, despite its lightweight and compact casing, it secures high rigidity, achieving excellent durability against vibrations in harsh operating environments.
The outer cover material comes in the following two types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail pipe assembly (including the manifold to the silencer)."
●Mounting State
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are used.
※Exhaust gaskets and HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so they need to be prepared separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
