■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand that has been loved by many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold suppresses exhaust interference peculiar to 4-cylinder engines, and combined with the precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all RPM ranges.
In addition, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold play a crucial role in creating a sensual and refined exhaust note.
The material selected is STKM11A (carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes), which offers excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Each component, having undergone a precise polishing process by skilled craftsmen, is treated with multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both outstanding aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
Equipped with a stylish silencer measuring φ67mm in outer diameter and 300mm in total length, it achieves excellent quietness that belies its sophisticated form.
It features the same exhaust port layout as the early model of the renowned CBX400F and is specially designed and optimized for the characteristics of the CBX550F.
It ensures reliable quietness without compromising the distinct high-quality sound at high RPMs.
Furthermore, its high-rigidity structure boasts significant durability even with long-term use and suppresses age-related deterioration.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum Alloy A6063S
・Stainless Steel SUS304/Mirror Finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Composition
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Installation State
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine HONDA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine HONDA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
The inner silencer of this product is welded in place.
※Sound volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted.
