■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control), and has been a popular original muffler brand among a large number of users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold adopted suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines and, through synergistic effects with precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all RPM ranges.
In addition, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold play an important role in creating a sensuous and refined exhaust note.
STKM11A (carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes), which has excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance, was selected as the material.
Each component, after undergoing a precise polishing process by skilled craftsmen, is subjected to multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both outstanding aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
Equipped with a stylish silencer with an outer diameter of φ67mm and a total length of 300mm, which achieves an astonishing level of quietness unimaginable from its refined form.
It features the same exhaust port as the early model of the renowned CBX400F and is specifically designed to be optimized for the characteristics of the CBX550F.
It achieves reliable quietness without sacrificing the distinctive high-quality sound that stands out in the high-RPM range.
Furthermore, its high-rigidity structure boasts remarkable durability over long-term use and suppresses age-related deterioration.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum Alloy A6063S
・Stainless Steel SUS304/Mirror Finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine HONDA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine HONDA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The inner silencer of this product is fixed by welding.
※Volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible.
