■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand that has been popular with many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold adopted suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines, and in synergy with the precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all rpm ranges.
In addition, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold play a crucial role in creating a sensuous and refined exhaust note.
The material selected is STKM11A (carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes), which offers excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Each component, having undergone a precise polishing process by skilled craftsmen, is then subjected to multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both outstanding aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
Equipped with a stylish silencer with an outer diameter of φ67mm and a total length of 300mm, it achieves exceptional quietness beyond what its refined form suggests.
Featuring the same exhaust port as the early model of the legendary CBX400F, it is specifically designed and optimized for the characteristics of the CBX550F.
It combines reliable quietness without compromising the outstanding high-frequency sound quality that stands out in the high-rpm range.
Furthermore, its high-rigidity structure boasts remarkable durability even with long-term use, suppressing age-related deterioration.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types of materials:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (including the manifold to the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are used.
※Exhaust gaskets and HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
The inner silencer of this product is fixed by welding.
※Sound volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted.
