The exhaust pipe from the engine exhaust port to just before the silencer is made of steel.
The exhaust pipes, meticulously polished by craftsmen through dozens of processes, are first copper-plated, then nickel-plated, and finally hard chrome-plated.
This creates a unique shine characteristic of steel plating, which then transforms into a distinctive burnt color as heat from the exhaust is applied.
Furthermore, the exhaust note produced by steel creates a unique, high-quality sound.
