Detailed Description
■Exhaust Pipe
By gradually expanding three types of exhaust pipes with different outer diameters in a tapered shape, it achieves smooth, unhesitating acceleration from low to high RPMs.
The material used is steel, and each pipe is carefully and meticulously spot-welded on a jig at RPM's manufacturing division, then fully welded by hand.
After welding, the pipes undergo a polishing process, followed by a luxurious three-layer plating treatment of copper, nickel, and decorative chrome to give the surface a brilliant finish.
■Silencer
Equipped with RPM's uniquely developed double-punching structure silencer.
By combining punching pipes of different sizes and diameters, it achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, the uniquely structured silencer produces a deep, pleasant sound from low to high RPMs, enhancing the joy of riding many times over.
This product is a muffler that has passed the stationary noise test conducted by JMCA, and as proof, a JMCA certification plate is installed at the rear of the silencer.
A JMCA certification card, which can be presented during roadside sound checks, is also included.
■Components
This is a one-piece muffler from the front exhaust pipe to the silencer.
■Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
