Detailed Description
■Exhaust Pipe
Three different diameter exhaust pipes are gradually widened in a tapered shape, achieving smooth, unhesitating acceleration from low to high RPMs.
The material used is steel, and each pipe is carefully and meticulously spot-welded on a jig at RPM's manufacturing division, then fully welded by hand.
After welding, the surface is polished and given a luxurious three-layer plating treatment of copper, nickel, and decorative chrome to achieve a lustrous finish.
■Silencer
Equipped with RPM's uniquely developed double-punched silencer structure.
By combining large and small punched pipes of different diameters, it achieves maximum sound deadening effect with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, the uniquely structured silencer produces a deep, pleasant sound from low to high RPMs, greatly enhancing the joy of riding.
This product is a muffler that has passed the stationary noise test conducted by JMCA, and a JMCA certification plate is installed on the rear of the silencer as proof.
A JMCA certification card, which can be presented during roadside noise enforcement, is also included.
■Components
This is a one-piece muffler from the front exhaust pipe to the silencer.
■Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
