Detailed description ■Exhaust pipe By gradually widening three types of exhaust pipes with different outer diameters in a tapered shape, smooth, unhesitant acceleration from low to high RPMs is achieved. The material used is steel, and each pipe is carefully and meticulously spot-welded onto a jig in RPM's manufacturing department and then fully welded by hand. After welding, the pipes undergo a polishing process and are then given a luxurious three-layer plating treatment of copper, nickel, and decorative chrome to create a lustrous surface. ■Silencer Equipped with RPM's uniquely developed double punching structure silencer. By combining large and small punching pipes of different diameters, it achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance. Furthermore, the uniquely structured silencer produces a deep, pleasant sound from low to high RPMs, greatly enhancing the joy of riding. This product is a muffler that has passed the stationary exhaust noise test conducted by JMCA, and as proof, a JMCA certified plate is installed on the rear of the silencer. A JMCA certification card that can be presented during roadside sound volume enforcement is also included. ■Components This is a one-piece muffler from the front exhaust pipe to the silencer. ■Mounting state It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
