■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous hand-crafting involving approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality, without significant changes.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold adopted offers a higher exhaust synergy effect than the 4-in-1 manifold for 4-cylinder engines and is one of the elements that produces a high-quality sound.
Two types of materials are available: steel and stainless steel.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum Alloy A6063S
・Stainless Steel SUS304/Mirror Finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector including the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the HONDA genuine free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets and HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●Regarding Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds the inner silencer in place.
※Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new product shipping state.
