■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafted processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an original muffler brand, a replica model of the F-TYPE, without making significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system adopted offers a higher exhaust synergy effect than a 4-in-1 manifold system in 4-cylinder engines, and is also one of the elements that produces a high-quality sound.
Two types of materials are available: steel and stainless steel.
●Silencer
The φ67x300 size silencer, which produces a unique exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine HONDA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and genuine HONDA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the attachment and detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users drove on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds and fixes the inner silencer.
*Sound adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new product shipping state.
