■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control), and is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, without making significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE (manufactured until 1989) or the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy in a 4-cylinder engine than a 4-in-1 manifold system, and is also one of the elements that produces a high-quality sound.
The material is available in two types: steel and stainless steel.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibration under severe operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types of materials:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine HONDA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine HONDA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●Regarding Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the attachment and detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, since many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which was contrary to the original intention, RPM has welded and fixed the inner silencer.
※Sound volume and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory shipping state.
