■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafted steps and TQC (Total Quality Control), released in 1998 as an original muffler brand, a replica model of the F-TYPE, without making significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect than a 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and greatly contributes to the generation of a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A Carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality chrome plating to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique, exhilarating racing sound, has a complete double-layer internal structure, achieving maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold section including the silencer)."
●Installation Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, genuine HONDA free flanges (exhaust holders) are used.
*Exhaust gaskets and genuine HONDA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for racing use and repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds and fixes the inner silencer.
*Volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new shipping state.
