■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafted processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality, without major changes. This is an original muffler brand.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system adopted offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 system in a 4-cylinder engine, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then given high-quality plating treatment, providing both aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer produces a uniquely exhilarating racing sound. Its completely double-layered internal structure achieves maximum sound reduction with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
The outer cover material is available in the following 3 types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror-finished
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of 5 parts in total: "4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "1 tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing to the engine exhaust port, a genuine HONDA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine HONDA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of the internal silencer, which was built into the silencer for race use and repair. However, many users rode on public roads with the internal silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds the internal silencer in place.
※Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory-shipped state.
