■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, which was manufactured until 1989, or the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergy effect in 4-cylinder engines than a 4-into-1 system, and contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A structural carbon steel pipe). After each part is carefully polished by craftsmen, a high-quality plating treatment is applied to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67x300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, has a completely double-layered internal structure, allowing for maximum silencing with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibration under harsh operating conditions.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold to and including the silencer)."
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine HONDA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine HONDA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users rode with the inner silencer removed on public roads, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds the inner silencer in place.
