■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
Attention to detail determines the overall impression.
The exhaust pipe features a graceful form from the engine exhaust port to the silencer inlet.
We repeatedly refined the angles and integration of the 1st and 2nd exhaust pipes, pursuing maximum integration with the vehicle body.
Its curves boast an aesthetic beauty akin to a high-quality wind instrument.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel mechanical tubing). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to provide both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer achieves maximum silencing effect with minimal exhaust resistance by employing a complete double-layer internal structure.
It produces a powerful, deep bass sound at low RPMs and an exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The sharp exhaust note provides an unparalleled sense of exhilaration and thrill with every throttle input.
The rugged sound, in a good way, greatly amplifies the enjoyment of riding.
Its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity, offering excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions, and also enhances the overall silhouette when installed on the vehicle.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum Alloy A6063S
・Stainless Steel SUS304/Mirror Finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "two front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector, including the silencer)."
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are used.
*Exhaust gaskets and HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included and must be prepared separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
The inner silencer of this product is welded in place.
*Sound volume and back pressure adjustment are not possible.
