■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from a meticulous handmade process spanning approximately 300 steps and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, maintaining the external appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and without significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
Attention to detail determines the overall impression.
The exhaust pipe has a flowing form from the engine exhaust port to the silencer inlet.
Through repeated trial and error regarding the angle and coherence of the 1st and 2nd exhaust pipes, we pursued the maximum integration with the vehicle body.
Its curves boast a beauty akin to a high-quality wind instrument.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before undergoing high-quality plating treatment, providing both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer has a complete double-layer internal structure, achieving maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
It produces a powerful, deep bass sound at low RPMs and exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The distinct exhaust note provides an unparalleled sense of exhilaration and excitement with every throttle input.
The sound, with its raw quality in a good way, amplifies the joy of riding many times over.
Its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity, making it not only excellent in vibration resistance under harsh operating conditions, but also beautifully enhancing the overall silhouette when mounted on the vehicle.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following 3 types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of 5 parts: "2 front exhaust pipes (from engine to collector)" and "1 tail ASSY (from collector including silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When mounting to the engine exhaust port, a genuine HONDA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine HONDA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
The inner silencer of this product is welded in place.
※Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible.
