■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control), maintaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality, without significant changes. It was launched in 1998 as an original muffler brand, a replica model of the F-TYPE.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergy effect than a 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen and then given high-quality plating treatment, providing high aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibration under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Part Composition
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold part)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold part including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structural Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of an inner silencer built into the silencer for racing use and repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds the inner silencer in place.
※Sound adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory-shipped condition.
