■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through meticulous handcrafting spanning approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an original muffler brand, a replica model of the F-TYPE, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect than a 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each component is meticulously polished by artisans before being subjected to high-quality plating, which provides excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold to and including the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When mounting to the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structural Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of the inner silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users on public roads removed the inner silencer, which went against the original intent. Therefore, RPM welds the inner silencer in place.
※Sound volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted in the new shipment state.
