■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting over approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality, without significant changes.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergy effect than a 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and greatly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The unique φ67×300 size silencer, which produces an exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep sound at low RPMs and a uniquely exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
Three types of materials are available for the outer cover:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product is used.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of the inner silencer for racing use and repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds and fixes the inner silencer.
*Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new shipping state.
