■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, retaining the exterior and the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality, of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE that was manufactured until 1989.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-into-1 system for 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen before undergoing high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector including the silencer)".
●Mounting State
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When mounting at the engine exhaust port, the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product is used.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for racing use and repair purposes. However, many users drove on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which was contrary to the original intention. Therefore, RPM has welded and fixed the inner silencer.
※Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory-shipped state.
