■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through meticulous handcrafting involving approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect in 4-cylinder engines compared to a 4-in-1 manifold system, and greatly contributes to generating a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A structural carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then given a high-quality plating treatment to ensure high aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening effect with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold to and including the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structural Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, since many users drove on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which was contrary to the original intention, RPM has welded the inner silencer in place.
