■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality. It is an original muffler brand.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 merge system offers higher exhaust synergy in 4-cylinder engines than the 4-into-1 system, and contributes greatly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen before undergoing high-quality plating, providing excellent aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the merge collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the merge collector, including the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is secured to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM now welds the inner silencer in place.
※Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory-shipped condition.
