■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an original muffler brand, a replica of the F-TYPE, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE (manufactured until 1989) or the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect than a 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a uniquely exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector, including the silencer)."
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle body at three points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so please prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structural Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the attachment and detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use or repair purposes. However, many users on public roads drove with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds the inner silencer in place.
*Sound adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new shipping state.
