■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handmade processes and TQC (Total Quality Control) from all departments. It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold adopted has a higher exhaust synergistic effect than a 4-in-1 manifold in a 4-cylinder engine, and also contributes greatly to the production of high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). After each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, a high-quality plating treatment is applied, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations caused by harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover
The following three types of materials are available for the outer cover:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold to and including the silencer)."
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle at three points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the attachment and detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds the inner silencer in place.
※Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory-shipped condition.
