■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect than a 4in1 manifold system on a 4-cylinder engine, and also contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to give it excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67x300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, has a complete double-layered internal structure, allowing for maximum silencing effect with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover
The following three material types are available for the outer cover:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Mounting State
It is fixed to the vehicle body at three points: the engine exhaust port, the manifold, and the tail stay.
When mounting to the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users rode with the inner silencer removed on public roads, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM has welded the inner silencer in place.
