■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through meticulous handcrafted work spanning approximately 300 steps and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers a higher exhaust synergy effect than a 4-in-1 manifold system in a 4-cylinder engine, and significantly contributes to producing high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before undergoing high-quality plating, which provides excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67x300 silencer achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity, offering excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions, and also beautifully enhances the overall silhouette when mounted on the vehicle.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of 5 parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When mounting to the engine exhaust port, use a HONDA genuine free flange (exhaust holder).
※A HONDA genuine free flange (exhaust holder) and exhaust gasket are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal of the inner silencer built into the silencer for racing use and repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM has welded the inner silencer in place.
※Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory-shipped condition.
