■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality. It is an original muffler brand.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4in2in1 manifold system adopted offers a greater exhaust synergistic effect than the 4in1 manifold system in a 4-cylinder engine, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then given a high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer has a completely double-layered internal structure, achieving maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity, offering excellent resistance to vibrations from harsh operating conditions. When mounted on the vehicle, it also beautifully enhances the overall silhouette.
Inheriting the internal structure of the silencer used in the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is secured to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When mounting to the engine exhaust port, HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are used.
※HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) and exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use or repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which resulted in an outcome contrary to the original intent. Therefore, RPM now welds the inner silencer in place.
※Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory-shipped condition.
