■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafted processes involving approximately 300 steps and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structural carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by craftsmen before undergoing high-quality plating treatment, giving it excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Composition
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of five parts in total: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation State
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
