■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). Since its inception in 1978, it has been an original muffler brand loved by many users to this day.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 system for a 4-cylinder engine, and significantly contributes to generating a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled artisans before being subjected to high-quality plating, which provides excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, has a complete double internal structure, allowing for maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
By incorporating an inner silencer that is longer than the RPM-67Racing, it emphasizes low volume and torque in the low to mid-speed range.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine YAMAHA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and genuine YAMAHA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to purchase them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal of the inner silencer, which was built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users were riding on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which was contrary to the original intention. Therefore, RPM now welds the inner silencer in place.
*Sound adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory-shipped condition.
