■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafted processes and TQC (Total Quality Control) and has been a popular original muffler brand since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergy than the 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). After each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, a high-quality plating treatment is applied, providing high aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67x300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
By incorporating an inner silencer longer than the RPM-67Racing, it emphasizes lower volume and torque feel in the low to mid-speed range.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine YAMAHA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and genuine YAMAHA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of the inner silencer for racing or repair purposes, but many users drove on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intent. Therefore, RPM welds and fixes the inner silencer.
*Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new shipping condition.
