■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system created through approximately 300 meticulous handmade processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand that has been popular with a great many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4in2in1 manifold system adopted offers higher exhaust synergy than the 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and greatly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then given a high-quality plating treatment, providing both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibration under harsh operating conditions.
By incorporating an inner silencer that is longer than the RPM-67Racing, it emphasizes lower volume and torque in the low to mid-speed range.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the collector including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the genuine YAMAHA free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine YAMAHA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the detachment of the inner silencer for racing use or repair. However, since many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention, RPM now welds the inner silencer in place.
※Volume and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new product shipping state.
