■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control), and has been a popular original muffler brand enjoyed by many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-into-2-into-1 manifold design suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines, and combined with a precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all RPM ranges.
In addition, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold section play a crucial role in creating a rich and refined exhaust note.
The material selected is STKM11A (carbon steel tube for machine structural purposes), which offers excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Each component undergoes a precise polishing process by skilled craftsmen, followed by multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both exceptional aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
The large-capacity φ93×390 silencer achieves a high level of both conflicting performance aspects: high exhaust efficiency and excellent quietness.
Notably, its uniquely developed internal structure creates an innovative exhaust note that pleasantly stimulates the auditory senses across the entire range, from low to high RPMs.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types of materials:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold section including the silencer)."
●Mounting
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included vehicle-specific free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
