■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control), and has been a popular original muffler brand among many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system suppresses exhaust interference inherent to 4-cylinder engines, and in synergy with precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all RPM ranges.
Furthermore, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold section play a crucial role in creating a sensuous and refined exhaust note.
The material chosen is STKM11A (carbon steel tube for machine structural purposes), which offers excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Each component, having undergone precise polishing by skilled craftsmen, is then treated with multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both outstanding aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
The large-capacity φ93×390 silencer achieves a high-level balance between the conflicting performances of high exhaust efficiency and exceptional quietness.
Particularly noteworthy is its uniquely developed internal structure, which creates an innovative exhaust note that pleasingly stimulates the auditory senses across all ranges, from low to high RPMs.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector section)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the collector section, including the silencer)".
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included vehicle-specific free flange (exhaust holder).
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so please purchase them separately.
