■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through approximately 300 meticulous handmade processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, with its appearance and the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality, remaining largely unchanged from the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE that was manufactured until 1989.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergy for 4-cylinder engines than the 4in1 manifold system, and greatly contributes to the generation of a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A structural carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality chrome plating to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The unique and exhilarating racing sound is produced by a φ67×300 silencer with a complete double-layer internal structure, achieving maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of 5 parts: 4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold section) and 1 tailpipe assembly (from the manifold section including the silencer).
●Mounting State
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay section.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, use a genuine YAMAHA free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine YAMAHA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the attachment and detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users would ride on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which was contrary to the original intent. Therefore, RPM has welded and fixed the inner silencer.
※Sound volume and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new shipping state.
