■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through approximately 300 meticulous manual processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 or the internal structure of the silencer, which is key to its sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 system in 4-cylinder engines and contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before being given a high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique, exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete dual internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material comes in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine YAMAHA free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine YAMAHA free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the attachment and detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for racing use and repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds the inner silencer in place.
