■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through meticulous handcrafting involving approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 system for 4-cylinder engines and contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before being given a high-quality plating treatment, ensuring both aesthetic beauty and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of 5 parts: "4 front exhausts (from engine to manifold)" and "1 tail pipe ASSY (from manifold including silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included vehicle-specific free flange (exhaust holder).
