■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through meticulous handcrafting processes (approximately 300 steps) and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, maintaining the exterior and the internal structure of the silencer (crucial for sound quality) of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, which was manufactured until 1989.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than the 4-in-1 system in 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen and then given high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types of materials:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold part)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold part including the silencer)."
●Mounting State
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included vehicle-specific free flange (exhaust holder).
