■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 system for 4-cylinder engines, significantly contributing to the production of high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before being subjected to a high-quality plating process, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations caused by severe operating conditions.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust system consisting of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold section including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the included model-specific free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
