■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafted work involving approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and largely keeping the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality, unchanged.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 exhaust manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect than a 4in1 system in a 4-cylinder engine, and also contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality chrome plating to provide high aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.

●Silencer
The φ67x300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under severe operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: four front exhausts (from the engine to the collector) and one tailpipe ASSY (from the collector including the silencer).
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When mounting at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
