■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from painstaking handcrafting processes (approximately 300 steps) and TQC (Total Quality Control), which was launched in 1998 as an original muffler brand. It replicates the F-TYPE, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then undergoes high-quality plating to provide both aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.

●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer produces a unique, exhilarating racing sound. Its completely dual-layer internal structure allows for maximum sound suppression with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under severe operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material comes in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold to and including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When mounting to the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to purchase them separately.
