■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, which was manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). After each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, a high-quality plating treatment is applied, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer has a complete double-layer internal structure, achieving maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. It also enhances the overall silhouette when mounted on the vehicle.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure used in the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover materials are available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of three parts: two front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector) and one tail ASSY (from the collector, including the silencer).
●Mounting State
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so they must be prepared separately.
