■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-crafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system offers a higher exhaust synergy effect than a 4-into-1 system in 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A structural carbon steel tubing). Each component is meticulously polished by craftsmen before undergoing high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover materials are available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of five parts in total: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
