■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and making no significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality. It is an original muffler brand.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4in2in1 manifold adopted provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect than the 4in1 manifold for 4-cylinder engines, and greatly contributes to generating a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by artisans before being subjected to high-quality plating, which provides excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibration under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum Alloy A6063S
・Stainless Steel SUS304/Mirror Finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
