■Product Description
RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect than a 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A Carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before being given a high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67x300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under severe operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material comes in the following three types:
・Aluminum Alloy A6063S
・Stainless Steel SUS304/Mirror Finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
