■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no major changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers a higher exhaust synergy effect than the 4-in-1 manifold system in 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A structural carbon steel pipe). After each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, a high-quality plating treatment is applied to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67x300 silencer produces a unique, exhilarating racing sound. Its complete double-layer internal structure achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity, making it excellent in vibration resistance under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector, including the silencer)."
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so please prepare them separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory shipping state.
