■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafted processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, which was manufactured until 1989, and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality, without significant changes.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 system in a 4-cylinder engine and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to provide superior aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of five parts in total: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is secured to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
Sound volume and back pressure adjustments are not possible in the new factory state.
